It makes no difference if the item is old clothing that belonged to a relative that has since passed away, or something that belonged to an ex-boyfriend or ex-girlfriend. You could have a big bonfire and burn whatever items cause you to have bad or negative feelings as this will have a cleansing effect on you.

Meditate quietly for at least 30 minutes daily. Make this your special quiet time. You can be anywhere to create it, inside your home, in the park, sitting in your vehicle, or in the back yard. It matters not where you do it as long as you do it, for instance, walking helps to clear the mind. Life can be hard sometimes, negative thoughts buildup when what you really need is time to relax, breathe and ponder.

When something feels right, it generally is right. For instance, you may meet someone the first time and instantly know that you will be best of friends, you should trust your instinct and follow it, more than likely you are right to feel as you do.

Do not doubt yourself; rather you should trust your hunches. Suffering from low self-esteem is not helpful. You must become confident of your thoughts and feelings when you desire to develop your clairvoyant abilities. Doubting your instincts only damages your capabilities. Even when you are nervous about it trust yourself anyway.

Do not restrict your feelings and instincts. Very often children are considered to be much more clairvoyant than adults because they have a positive and carefree attitude about life in general. As you have seen, anyone is able to develop their ability to be clairvoyant. All it takes is a bit of practice and commitment. However, because people are so distracted by the daily grind it is usually neglected even though developing the ability is not difficult at all. Remove negative thoughts, moods, things, etc, from your life and cleanse yourself of negative energy in order to relax and hone your natural ability.
